You’re self motivated, highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities under tight deadlines.

This position will be primarily responsible for supporting the director, management and leadership instructors for our Learning & Development department. As such, you must maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and administrative processes, plus have the ability to solve complex problems, implement procedures and maintain liaison with internal and external organizations.

 

Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing the director’s calendar and coordinating meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Managing spreadsheets and preparing statistical reports
  • Scheduling leadership training and coordinating speakers and presenters
  • Administration of Access databases and other comprehensive databases

 

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate’s degree in Geographic Information Science
  • 3+ years of experience in business support or technical support
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact well with all levels of people
  • Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
  • Working knowledge of SAP GUI and SharePoint
