Job Summary: Identifies, documents, analyzes and communicates systems solutions related to Accounting and Human Resources to meet the needs of the business.

Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary
– Partners in a team environment or be able to independently identify, document, analyze, facilitate implementation, and communicate solutions to meet the needs of the business
– Defines and documents current and future operational scenarios and work with other business areas and client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into systems solutions and / or business requirements
– Assists project teams in delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics and services in the agreed upon time frames
– Analyzes probable impact of recommendations and solutions for all client groups
– Conducts post-implementation analysis

Experience and Education preferred
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
– 3-5 years business/ tech experience
– Intermediate PC skills
– Merchandise and / or PeopleSoft experience preferred

Key Competencies preferred
– Excellent organization, leadership & communication skills
– Strong analytical skills
– Project management experience preferred

Physical and other requirements
– Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
– Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays
– Work extended hours
