Job Summary:
Flagstar Bank is seeking an experienced leader to coach and develop a team of skilled servicing professionals in a cross functional environment. This position will manage, execute, educate and communicate activities related to MSP system administration. Be the primary interface for business and technology teams for all Black Knight tools (MSP, Director, Passport, Desktop/Process Management and Invoice Management). Improve production efficiencies by utilizing scripts and reduce CPU costs with SQL queries.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform complex analysis of MSP workstation utilization. Understand technical issues and provide solutions for current & future business needs.
  2. Coordinate with business and technology teams to define requirements, coordinate testing, schedule release dates to support enhancement implementation.
  3. Review new technology offerings and identify strategies that will provide maximum operational benefits with scope, implementation and cost considerations.
  4. Proactively engage business teams to integrate best practices during process design.
  5. Staff, organize and grow team member’s system and business knowledge to successfully perform team responsibilities.
  6. Expert working knowledge of Black Knight’s mortgage servicing platform, MSP, and strong familiarity with its Desktop suite of products
  7. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar’s internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work expereince required
  2. Masters degree in a related field is strongly desired
  3. In-depth working knowledge of mortgage or consumer finance industry
  4. Some travel up to 20%
