R esponsibilities

5 years experience with MS SQL Server 2005 or greater.

Experience gathering requirements from the business in order to create the necessary queries and related SSRS reports.

Experience with moderately complex SSIS jobs.

Experience gathering data and summarizing it into KPIs with recommend approaches to the business
based off of sample data sets.

Assist with QA review process.

Database Development creating stored procedures (T-SQL), triggers, indexes, views and queries.

Assist with Database Administration tasks such as database maintenance, optimization, backups, monitoring.

Design, code, test and trouble shoot business reporting in SSRS.

Provide general technical support as needed.

Experience:
Experience in Contact Center industry is a plus.

BA/BS in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science preferred but not required.

Must have solid understanding of relational databases.

Must be adept working in SQL Server environments using T-SQL.

Must have passion for business applications support, report writing and database development.

Must be able to communicate and interact effectively at both technical and business level.

Must be willing to learn new technology and provide support to our entire organization as needed.

Strong work ethic, multi-tasking and project management skills along with attention to detail and accuracy.
