• Operating globally the MasterCard Enterprise Partnership team exists to leverage MasterCard’s assets to open up new businesses in non-traditional sectors.
• Working at enterprise level with industry leading organizations to jointly develop disruptive solutions to address market and ecosystem pain points and/or opportunities.

• The Job Holder Will:
*Own the global solution set design and delivery parts of the MasterCard SFX projects
* Work with both internal and external partners to identify, build and deliver the
necessary components of the project. Define and manage the strategic
road map for the relationship.
* Be responsible for managing and tracking progress and performance against this
road map, highlighting areas for potential improvement and any areas for concern.

Role

• Define, manage and track a strategic roll out of joint activity, based around the core deliverables set out within the contractual agreement between MasterCard and SFX Entertainment.
• Own and manage the technology and solution arms of the relationship between MasterCard and SFX Entertainment.
• Be the internal and external face of the relationship coordinating both with the partner and all relevant internal teams including Marketing, Product and Technologies. Ensuring that all understand the road map and their role in the key deliverables.
• Assist with the creation of training materials and development activities to advance the capability of the downstream marketing team and account teams.
• Liaise with regional and country teams to roll up local sales activities into a global view.

• A proven leader with excellent project management skills who is results driven and takes a disciplined approach to achieve results.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and developments, emerging technologies, markets and opportunities. Understanding customer and constituent needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends and the competitive landscape, with a particular focus on the music and entertainment industries.
• Must be able to initiate and manage high-level, interactive conversations with key decision makers around new or emerging product opportunities.
• Experience working across multiple levels and functions; able to clearly communicate complex financial, strategic and technological information in an easy to understand manner; able to effectively deliver messages both verbally and in writing.
• Natural holistic thinker: someone with an ability to make connections, to think broadly & strategically, and to consider all aspects of a situation.
• Possess and capable of developing a strong and diverse internal and external network.
• Ability to identify issues before they develop into problems; proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate partners.
• Able to work autonomously within a framework for protracted periods without hands-on management and with an entrepreneurial mind-set.
• Willingness to travel within the US and globally on a regular basis.
• Track record of initiating new approaches to doing business and driving their implementation to deliver tangible business results.
