We have an excellent opportunity for you to apply your highly advanced PowerPoint skills and polished administrative abilities to support our Finance and Investor Relations management team!

 

In this fast paced role, you will be responsible for creating and assembling internal and external multi-dimensional presentations for several members of the Senior Management team, including the CFO, CAO and VP-Treasury. You will work under tight deadlines and in unison with several other members of the Finance and Investor Relations management team, as well as other company staff such as the Corporate Secretary area. Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail oriented, self starter with advanced technical skills and a good understanding of financial metrics/ accounting terms and ratios.

 

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, accounting or related field, or relevant work experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with working knowledge of various financial database products including Bloomberg, SNL, and Thomson Reuters
  • Solid understanding of various aspects of the utility business
  • Ability to think and look ahead, planning multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
  • Ability to keep internal financial and other company data confidential
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings and/or weekends
