Title : Project Planning and Management
Location : Seoul, Korea Description : The candidate shall assist in maintaining, developing, implementing, programming, budgeting, integrating, engineering, configuring and/or coordinating intelligence projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. The candidate shall have knowledge and experience in Transformation and Modernization; Information Technology and communications; Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence and Surveillance and Reconnaissance: ROK/US CENTRIXS and Combined Forces capabilities/networks; and secure facilities capabilities. Qualifications Required : Draft and recommend resourcing strategies for USFK J2 input into the Future Year Defense Program (FYDP) for the Intelligence Support Requirement projects Assist in planning and implementing project throughout the lifecycle process, defining and implementing goals and objectives, researching and documenting requirement (goods and services), and coordinating and preparing: cost estimates, developing project plans, drafting and preparing contract and support documents. Assist in coordinating, organizing and/or preparing planning documents required to execute programs and projects through the requisition/contracting and execution process. Coordinate with and provide projects information/data to the Requirements Manager on future initiatives through planning, developing, reporting and tracking the initiatives through programming, budget formulation and execution years. Assist in scheduling and conducting weekly project/requirement status meeting with key managers, project/requirement sponsors. Develop feasibility plans to ensure intelligence applications and capabilities on the ROK/US CENTRIXA and CF networks are modernized in concert with the US only networks. Coordinate the alignment of all projects and activities to the Combined Intelligence Guidance (CIG), DIA Strategy and DoD related strategies, and to the Future Year Defense Program (iRMIS database) and budget/spend plan (iRMIS-FI database). Security Clearance : TS Special Access : SCI Polygraph : Must be able to pass a CI poly Education : Bachelor’s Degree Experience : 4-6 years task related experience, or, no degree but specialized training and 4-8 years task related experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience Additional Qualifications Desired : Current CI poly Military Experience Possess a valid state driver’s license Visit www.pluribusinternational.com for all opportunities.
