ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Manage and work on all Capital Expenditure Projects.
• Manage and work on all construction, expansion and renovation projects for the Property.
• Define the scope of work on all projects.
• Space planning requirements, interact with developers, architects, contractors, designers, and other consultants, to ensure proper design, furniture and equipment needs.
• Ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards, and prepare the most cost effective project solutions.
• Manage and track project budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop methods to track work flow schedules to accommodate and monitor design and construction progress.
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements, resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts.
• Plan, manage, and provide additional services as needed.

May indirectly supervise the following positions: Inventory Management Coordinator, Electrician, Carpenter, Painter, Maintenance Engineer, Utility Maintenance, Upholsterer and Groundskeepers.
