Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable for the program

• Work with functional leads to define project tasks and resources for project schedules
• Communicate program status, key engineering issues, risks and mitigation’s impacting panel performance,
• Take action items at functional/partner/product meetings
• Provide higher level look ahead to identify potential upcoming issues
• Responsible for maintaining program direction and change control
• Maintain SharePoint project site for storage of program history
• Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience with Program planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex hardware programs to market
• BS in an Engineering/related discipline Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of LCD design and process or MEMS processing
• High level of competency with computer software packages such as MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Excellent written and oral communication, including experience presenting to senior management
• Knowledge of program management tools and techniques
• Japanese language a plus
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (~15%)

Required: Bachelor’s, in an Engineering discipline
Preferred: Master’s in an Engineering discipline
