Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from initiation through delivery. Responsible for project planning and coordination of cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity to bring projects to completion on time and within budget. Follows standard project management methodology (including tools, systems, and applications), and ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis. Ensures quality of all deliverables, sets strategic direction, and recommends process improvements.

Qualifications:
: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager working in a cross-functional team environment.

: 5+ years of experience in a Healthcare (Hospital/Medical) organization.

: 3+ years of responsibility in setting strategic direction for projects and developing project plans that identify key issues, potential problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources.

: Demonstrated experience in all areas of project management including multiple project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, staffing, communications, risk, and procurement.

: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple related projects to achieve identified project portfolio objectives.

: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
