Position Information
The responsibilities consist of installation and maintenance of all PC hardware, operating systems, telecommunications software and application software. This position serves as the main contact within the hospital systems for hardware and software problem resolution on personal computers. The nature of this position is highly technical and is involved with complex subject matter and deals with a variety of contacts, which demands that the incumbent be able to work independently of close supervision. This position requires a vast amount of reading and studying to keep up with the changing arena of personal computers.

Experience Requirements :
One year experience performing desktop support required. Minimum of two (2) years extensive experience with personal computers, preferred

Education Required :
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of graduate of technical school in computer operation or programming required. Associate degree in Information Services preferred.
