Job Description
• Enterprise Information Architecture – Create and maintain the enterprise information architecture.
• Customer Service – Lead focus groups in order to understand the information needs of the external customer and internally from executive management to process operator.
• Creates and Delivers Knowledge – Collaborate on internal and external service offering material and deliver the information that is required.
• Information Architecture Knowledge – Research industry theories and technical solutions and provide information regarding FMC’s offerings and position relative to the external landscape. (Prototyping solutions with vendors, position papers, etc.)
• Team Leadership / Project Management – Assist/Develop and lead implementation of strategic programs and policies for EIM group, which have an impact on the overall organization.
• Governance and Change Management – Implements and sometimes leads organizational change within the EIM team and globally across the business where value can be measured. Maintains the enterprise standards in order to maintain the integration layer.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a solution architect role with focus on a complex, large-sized organization aligning business, technical and data requirements
• Deep understanding of functional and technical aspects of master data appropriately.
• Prepare and present complex reports to all levels of management, including executives and internal/external partners.
• Strong ability to persuade and influence others is critical.
Work Environment: Primarily works in an onsite office environment. Due to global nature of role, some offsite work is required due to the various time zones of resources that this position interacts with.
Position requires international/domestic travel.
Physical Demand: Frequent sitting and operating a computer.

• Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience or training in multiple ERP systems.
• Experience to design business process flow for multiple data domains and be able to define underlying impacts to master data process.
• Breadth of experience in multiple technologies including integration of SAP, Primavera, SQL, TCE and external data sources
• Experience in data requirements definition, process design, training, change management, data stewardship
