Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Translates complex healthcare decision support questions into applicable data reports from varied data sources;
• Carries out studies and investigates the feasibility of alternate design approaches to determine the best balanced solutions;
• Supports various management initiatives by gathering, interpreting, and analyzing information pertinent to all aspects of clinical data;
• Develops and/or designs custom processes to meet the information needs of assigned tasks or projects that are tied to helping the facility to meet various performance measures and strategic plans;
• Conveys a large amount of pertinent information in a set presentation time limit;
• Presents findings in an easily understood format which may involve graphs, charts and Power Point presentations;
• Analyzes information systems and their requirements to develop programs or supporting systems which include systems evaluation methodology and specifications, productivity and workload analysis, staffing methodology, data gathering and analytical techniques and data mining;
• Acts as a liaison between various services and other team members of the clinical and quality management groups to enhance Share Points and performance portals; and
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday; 8:00am – 4:30pm
