The MyHabit Editorial team is looking for an organized, customer-focused Junior Project Manager with proven e-Commerce production experience to be an integral part of a growing Creative Team. The Junior Project Manager will assist with the creation, execution and compliance of all creative project timelines. Your ability to work independently, communicate effectively with internal and external team members as well as accurately estimating timelines and workload will be the keys to your success. As a Project Management team member, you will contribute to the negotiation and resolution of production issues and the development of relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include:·

. Working directly with the merchant, marketing, site operation and creative teams to coordinate and manage projects

. Assist in the monitoring of all project turn-ins to ensure proper information and documents are submitted on time
· Ensure that projects are delivered to the appropriate teams for review, revisions and approvals
· Work with the Creative Project Manager to maintain schedule deadlines
· Assist in weekly production meetings
· Maintain records and update project reports
· Assist with studio, design and production workflows for the Creative Team
· Maintain daily screen shot capture

· 1+ years of project management and/or production experience in e-Commerce
· Bachelor’s degree

· Proficiency in MS Office
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Self-driven with a sense of urgency and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
· Experience navigating the intensity and ambiguity of a creative environment
· Ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
· Exceptionally rigorous work ethic, with an instinctual tendency towards order and details, and the proven ability to handle heavy schedule coordination
