Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field

5 years of experience in the IT field

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50lbs.

Preferences:

Bachelor’s degree in the IT field

1 year of supervisory experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Intermediate knowledge of PC and IT networking

Ability to problem solve, think logically, and troubleshoot issues

Ability to operate, install, maintain, configure and troubleshoot computers and printers

Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Ability to exhibit good interpersonal skills and work well with others

Ability to maintain records accurately and be able to meet deadlines consistently

Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to function in a team environment.
