IT Campus Coordinator

*Provides leadership and direction for IT Analyst I and/or II at designated campus*Leads and ensures the delivery of all project tasks within assigned deadlines
*Troubleshoots advanced software and hardware, documents advanced procedures, and trains analysts on higher level functions Schedules and performs preventive maintenance based on room availability Responds to escalated issues on designated campus Plans and supports technology needs for designated campus Maintains a broad knowledge of technology, equipment and/or systems within field of work Requirements & Preferences: Requirements: Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field 5 years of experience in the IT field Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50lbs. Preferences: Bachelor’s degree in the IT field 1 year of supervisory experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Intermediate knowledge of PC and IT networking Ability to problem solve, think logically, and troubleshoot issues Ability to operate, install, maintain, configure and troubleshoot computers and printers Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills Ability to exhibit good interpersonal skills and work well with others Ability to maintain records accurately and be able to meet deadlines consistently Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to function in a team environment. Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills |
