Job Description

We are a 100%, associate-owned leading global manufacturer looking for an IS Project Manager with demonstrated success with leading medium/large scope IS projects and mentoring new project managers.In this role you will still need to “roll up your sleeves” and manage complex, large scale enterprise application implementations and business process improvement projects which are critical to the achievement of Hypertherm’s overall strategic plan. We are a collaborative organization, so if you get excited about working closely within a team (but are not afraid of voicing your respectful opinion) you will be a great fit.Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business or technology, PMP certification and advanced experience in direct IS project management. Experience with Oracle and CRM (Salesforce) a plus!Must be able to demonstrate and articulate experience with the following: Experience in managing diverse, cross-functional teams. Experience in cross-team project leadership, planning, and execution. Ability to influence leaders and build buy-in to the investment of resources. Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into good technical specifications. Good analytical skills and proven ability to adapt to problems as they arise. Strong technical competence and ability to mentor others. Strong presentation skills, comfortable in front of any size and level of audience. Thorough understanding of the connection between business processes and key enterprise applications.
