Job Description

The incumbent functions as a team member in the areas of desktop and customer support for the Information Technology Service at the VA Loma Linda HCS providing support of hardware and software to the end-users of Information Technology services within the Medical Center, community-based outpatient clinics and satellite office locations. Incumbent will install, configure, and maintain both existing and new hardware used by customer. Provide complete second tier support within the Medical Center locations.  Work Schedule: Full-Time
