• Coordinate, manage and complete all phases of plan set-up for both start-up and conversion plans for small to mid-market sized retirement plans.
• Act as a liaison between clients, advisors and platform providers.
• Request and coordinate collection of conversion data from client and outside professionals.
• Conduct calls with clients, financial professionals and prior recordkeepers to manage conversion plan timelines.
• Initial set-up of new clients into our internal client management software and billing systems and also with their new recordkeeper as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational and coordination skills
• Strong time management and multitasking skills to effectively handle projects in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline intensive environment
• At least 2 years of experience in the defined contribution industry with specific experience in the implementation process for both start-up and takeover plans a plus
• Experience in project management and managing client relationships is a plus
