Responsibilities:

• Assist with the identification of internal user needs for CRM system.
• Document current and ‘to be’ business processes. Assist in re-engineering business processes.
• Develop training program and troubleshooting guide for existing and new CRM users.
• Work with Principal Market Research Manager in completing projects within defined scope, time and budget.
• Provide timely, high quality service that meets or exceeds user expectations.
• Support additional initiatives/projects as requested by management and perform data-processing and database-management tasks, such as executing data mining and analysis in support of Customer Service, Marketing and Sales efforts.
• Collaborate with Information Technology department to identify opportunities for improvement of processes.
• Responsible for uploading department’s collateral into corporate document library.
• Participates in commercial sales team meetings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience working with CRM applications.
• 1 or more years’ of business analysis experience.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member.
• Superior organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure.
• Excels in written and verbal communication, problem-solving and critical-thinking.
• Presents ideas effectively and communicates well with customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management.
• Maintains attention to detail necessary to handle multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated integrity and honesty in all aspects, and is able to maintain confidentiality and protect intellectual property.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Computer proficiency in Lotus, Oracle and Infor M3 are pluses.

Working Conditions: This exempt level position is based at the Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health – North America headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa. The position is considered to be 40 hours per week, but requires flexibility to complete work projects and travels approximately 10-15% of the time. Kemin maintains a nonsmoking environment in all of its buildings and on the grounds.
