Job Description
The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data. Partnering with Construction, Operations, and other business units, this role will ensure the integrity of such data and will generate reports that verify and document accuracy.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Track and update the construction status of renovation units
  • Investigate and reconcile provider data to multiple sources
  • Perform analysis of discrepancies between sources and report exceptions to peers and management with actionable steps for correction
  • Lead improvement opportunities related to data quality and reporting within the organization
  • Collaborate with various departments on data outputs
  • Utilize Excel formulas to identify variances between reporting periods
  • Create and generate reports through property management software
  • All other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
ID EAL KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year college degree in related field is preferred
  • Data analysis experience preferred
  • Strong decision making skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
