Job Description

Position Description This position specializes in the coordination of case travel arrangements and interfaces with Pre arrival case managers the diocesan resettlement partners other voluntary agencies overseas Resettlement Support Centers as well as IOM at all ports-of-entry to resolve problems as necessary Position also Supports the Sr Data Analyst in R&P and MG report compliance and regularly interfaces with data processing regarding case reconciliation and other daily tasks and works to streamline communications Supports the bishops’ strategic plan for the Conference and demonstrates shared qualities of effectiveness in all work interactions

Requirement Educational Level Bachelor’s degree Or equivalent related experience or combination of college level course work and related experience Major Field/Specialty Social Work Transportation or other appropriate field Foreign Language Requirement (if any) Knowledge of a foreign language is not required but helpful
Other Specialized Training (ie word processing personal computer knowledge of Catholic Church etc ) Refugee processing procedures Knowledge of the travel field is helpful Demonstrated knowledge and history with Microsoft Word Excel Access and Publishing Knowledge of the Catholic Church structures and teachings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
