Job Description
E3 is seeking a Data Analyst to support a Federal Agency’s Program Management Office (PMO) that manages the planning, leasing, construction and sustainment of real property. This includes construction management, energy management, architectural and engineering design services, establishment of facility and tactical infrastructure standards, historic preservation, and the program oversight, planning and coordination of repairs and alterations to occupied facilities and infrastructure. The PMO is also responsible for creating continuous and viable solutions in developing, executing and managing on-going initiatives (including program management planning, program analysis, projects, construction oversight, and scheduling, security, and risk management) needed to overcome any potential program management challenges.

The Data Analyst will compile and maintain databases; research, collect and interpret data/information to create reports for internal distribution; performs administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the PMO. Compile data and maintain information in database

  • Compile data and maintain information in database.
  • Research and transcribe data; run quality control reports; track unfinished reports; print reports, and distribute to appropriate parties.
  • Office Management; Coordinate office activities to include scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars; manage incoming calls and visitors, Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Read, review and disseminate incoming correspondence, establish and maintain various filing and record management system.
  • Draft, proof, and process correspondence and other materials.
  • Research, compile, assimilate, and prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Produce a variety of documents, briefing books, charts, and graphs in final form.
  • Take initiative to learn new tasks or work processes as would benefit Branch Chief’s Office and program managers.
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum two years of business experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Project).
  • Ability to work with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and dependable.
  • Experience working and interacting with high-level executives, public officials, and stakeholders.
  • Experience taking meeting minutes and transcribing.
  • Experience handling confidential matters with discretion and work independent of daily direction; and other duties as assigned.
