Job Description

The primary functions of this position are to manage PICC and IV services/programs, conduct in-depth peer reviews, monitor value based purchasing (VBP) and recommend improvements based on clinical outcome data at BDCH. This position will provide supervisory oversight and work in conjunction with the Quality Data Analyst, Regulatory and Clinical Core Measures Specialist as well as the Infection Preventionist. This includes coordination of the vascular access program, providing consultative services, training and education of staff, recommending quality improvements, as well as clinical responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred, as well as achieving certification in venous access within three months and a minimum of three years health care leadership experience with IV- related services. Previous experience in program development/management preferred.
