Great opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic team! Working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, you will provide high-level technical and administrative support for the Smart Energy Efficiency Solutions Department. This will include coordinating a wide array of activities for numerous customer programs and internal/external business partners, utilizing various computer software programs in an advanced capacity, and applying a considerable amount of analysis and evaluation of alternative solutions to problems.

 

Primary duties will involve:

• Interpreting and analyzing a wide variety of advanced departmental/functional/discipline specific information/problems, evaluating alternative courses of action, and recommending appropriate actions to resolve the complex issues/problems
• Performing monthly analysis and reporting of metrics relating to the Smart Energy Efficiency section
• General administrative responsibilities including scheduling meetings, document/file maintenance, supplies, internal/external correspondence
• Planning, coordinating and/or scheduling work for a department, function or group of employees
