Butler India can support 540 employees across three shifts at the engineering and development center in Hyderabad. India operations began in 2001 and now occupy over 16,000 square feet in an ultra-modern building specifically designed to meet the unique needs of international high-tech companies. The buildings' infrastructure consists of state of the art power, voice and data communications systems, 24-hour air-conditioning, closed-circuit security systems, and a large parking facility.
The 12-hour time difference between the U.S. and India enables Butler's global teams to work in concert virtually 24-hours per day to deliver benefits to customers. In addition, the strong supply of high quality, English-speaking knowledge workers coupled with salary cost benefits provides the foundation of an innovative Global Service Delivery Model for Butler services.
