In addition we also have a solution center that provides back office operations covering both voice and non-voice processes to the various businesses of ADP Inc. We are presently about 2000+ associates and have robust plans of future growth in all the areas we currently cater to. On the IT / R&D space, we work / specialize on Client Server, Communication, Enterprise, Mainframe and Web Technologies. We also provide Software Testing.
On the IT Enabled Services space, covering the back office operations - non voice processes, we cater to a variety of processing inter alia - transaction processing, analytics, data conversion, payroll processing etc. On the voice processes, we cater to participant customer calls and tier 1 & 2 client technical support.
