How true. Once someone creates a business plan (I recommend the one pager) then they’ll have lots of space in their brains for lots of things to follow. Never add something to your plan … remove something first. And if you can’t find something to remove, then it’s real possible that your new idea isn’t as good as what’s already in your plan.
