AdvancingWomen wants you to enjoy every aspect and every stage of your life passages.  We all know you can do that better and live life to the fullest if you “chose to move” and stay in the best shape possible for you as an individual. That doesn’t mean necessarily being a size two or even twelve.  It does mean trying to eat foods that are healthy for you, taking a break to relax, getting out to walk or run, or exercise.  Whether it’s at a gym or strolling with friends, or hiking on new or familiar paths, the important thing is to continue to move and explore.
