Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a global quality audit strategy and drive consistency in audit execution and follow up.

• Work with Global Quality Platform Leads and Regional Quality Leads to drive alignment and standardization of audit processes.

• Identify and report meaningful metrics to track the audit program and use metrics to drive continuous process improvement and support global quality goals.

• Develop a consistent process for sharing Best Practices and sharing and following up on common areas of concern identified in audits.

• Serve as the focal point for scheduling audits, training auditors and enhancing the strategy around auditor selection and following up on audits.

• Provide guidance and serve as the SC expert and resource for ISO 9001 for product line and regional quality leads.

• Evaluate the proposed 2015 revision for impact on existing QMS and communicate to QMS leads.

• Work with regional/product line ISO owners to assure the 2015 changes are incorporated in existing ISO programs.

• Support ISO certification and re-certification.

• Assure ISO requirements are evaluated appropriately in audits.

• Coordinate generation of quality metrics, assuring they are reported in support of Global Quality objectives and helping to assure metrics are used to drive process improvements.

• Work with Global Quality Platform Leads and Regional Quality Leads to review metrics, evaluate effectiveness of tracking identified metrics, and identify opportunities for improvements based on data and help drive improvements identified.

• Work with IT/QIS to streamline collection of quality data.

• Partner with the Risk Management and Stewardship team to assure risk based assessments and management of change are incorporated into QMS processes.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, quality, supply chain, or related field of study

• 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field

• Development and execution of integrated quality management systems; specific experience with audits, ISO processes and certification and data management

• Demonstrated capabilities in developing and implementing strategies that deliver measureable business results

• Demonstrated strong leadership and influencing skills

• A track record of successful project, quality control, quality assurance, and/or issues management experience

• Knowledge of ISO standards related to Quality and/or Integrated Management Systems; lead auditor experience for ISO systems certification

• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Lean or Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certification and project experience with proven results will be considered a strong advantage for the candidate

• Experience working within a global and highly-matrixed organization
