Job Summary: The Manager of Data Warehouse and Services will lead a team of developers, in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of WellStar’s enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence solution. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic’s Cogito data warehouse, SAP Business Intelligence tools, and Qlikview Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools.

This role requires demonstrated strong leadership, project management knowledge, take a hands-on approach, is results oriented, and can operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Ten years of equivalent work experience in lieu of education will be considered.

Required Minimum Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team implementing large-scale, complex, applications that have high visible within an organization. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with operational departments and cross-functional teams, to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Required Minimum Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and customer relation skills. Excellent analytical ability and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and other IT staff. Leadership and ability to motivate others.
