Colorado Springs Police Department

Colorado Springs Police Department Police Officer Duties

Patrols an assigned area to prevent crime.
Protect the lives and property of citizens.
Enforces the laws of the State of Colorado and the statutes/ordinances of the City of Colorado Springs.
Responding to emergency situations.
Conducting searches, conducting investigations, making arrests, preparing reports, appearing in court and providing testimony.
