Essential Responsibilities:

• Design creative and interactive training content, including but not limited to games, demonstration/simulation modules and learning activities
• Incorporate the use of audio and video-based media to enhance learner engagement
• Use computer-based instructional delivery methods and tools
• Create documentation and formalize instructional design templates and standards
• Manage content production from storyboard creation through module/course publication
• Continually innovate and develop new content models for varying audiences
• Pursue and recommend new production techniques and media technologies for potential adoption
• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelorâs degree or equivalent with 3 years of experience in creating eLearning modules
• In depth understanding of learning principles
• Expertise in eLearning authoring packages such as Captivate and Articulate Storyline
• Working expertise with Learning Management Systems, specifically Moodle, and content authoring
• Experienced in curriculum development for various delivery modalities: face to face, virtual, self-paced
• Knowledge and history of authoring interactive SCORM content across multiple platforms (Mobile/Web/Offline)
• Ability to independently manage projects with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Project Management experience

• Strong partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other business partners
• Travel as required
