Position Summary: The position is a hands-on Chemist position with an emphasis on electroless and electrolytic plating, formulation of fillers into rubber, epoxies, paints & adhesives, troubleshooting raw materials, interacting with suppliers, etc., all related to the production of electrically conductive materials.

 

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.

 

Essential Functions:

Monitor and update Chomerics of new and developing technologies that may impact company products and markets.

 

Provides hands on research and development in the area of electroless and electrolytic plating, formulation of fillers into rubber, epoxies, paints and adhesives.

 

Troubleshoot raw materials

 

Provides hands on scientific and analytical approaches to product development
