Duties Include :

• Review/proof copy and layout of all deliverables to ensure that client and management comments are incorporated accurately
• Test functionality of both online and email programs
• Develop submission packets for medical/legal review
• Manage written communications
• Act as liaison between sales staff and senior project manager
• Assist in job initiation-work and program deployment orders, including generating and proofreading contractual documents
• Prepare/maintain presentations for discovery, kick off and concept meetings
• Manage calendar and coordinate and participate in client meetings and teleconferences
• Prepare/issue weekly client status reports
• Prepare/maintain monthly budget tracking reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred. Pharmaceutical/biotech ad agency experience helpful
• Detail oriented and teamwork oriented, with excellent people skills
• High integrity, strong work ethic and honesty are absolutely required
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
• Outstanding skillset with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint
